Let’s Kick Off Project 100 With a Bang 💥

Launch Night Auction – Day One. Real Impact.

Project 100 officially launches on 7 February, and we’re not easing into this journey — we’re starting exactly how we mean to go on.

On launch night, we’ll be hosting a charity auction to raise our very first funds for the new, inclusive training facilities at Thetford Town Cricket Club. This is our moment to set the tone, build momentum, and show what’s possible when a community comes together.

Why an auction?

Because auctions do more than raise money.

They:

• Create energy and excitement on the night

• Bring people into the story from day one

• Turn generosity into something fun, visible, and impactful

• Give local businesses and supporters a chance to play a real part in the project

Every bid placed helps us move one step closer to delivering facilities that will benefit young people, women’s cricket, seniors, and the wider Thetford community.

What kind of items are we looking for?

We’re inviting local businesses, supporters, and individuals to donate items or experiences that people will love to bid for. These could include:

• 🏏 Cricket equipment (e.g. an unused bat, kit, or signed item)

• 🎟 Event tickets (sports, music, theatre, comedy)

• 🧾 Vouchers for services (beauty, fitness, trades, hospitality)

• 🎁 Memorabilia or collectibles

• 🌿 Day passes or experiences (gyms, golf, attractions, workshops)

• 🍽 Meals, hampers, or unique local experiences

Big or small — if it’s something people would be excited to bid on, it can make a real difference.

What do auction donors receive?

All auction donors will be:

• Acknowledged on launch night

• Recognised as early supporters of Project 100

• Promoted through our Project 100 channels

• Helping create visible momentum from day one
